SP5000 / SP5001 / SP5002 / SP5005 is designed for cold cathode fluorescent lamps CCFL and development of efficient power control circuit. Packaging format-20 / QSOP SSOP for-20 / SSOP-16. SP5000 / SP5001 / SP5002 adopted the bridge structure, and to provide the ZVS symmetrical ac output and higher than 85% efficiency, make it especially suitable for liquid crystal back light control applications. SP5005 is SOP-16 packaging, widely used in single or double lamp lights, the use of half bridge structure.
